LONG PEPPER WHOLE:

Long Pepper (Piper longum), also known as Indian long pepper (Pipli) is a flowering vine in the family Piperaceae, cultivated for its fruit, which is usually dried and used as a spice and seasoning. It can be used as an alternative in any dish that takes ground black pepper especially if you’re looking for a flavour more welcoming than regular pepper.


Direction to use:

1. They can be employed in the preparation of soups, barbecue sauces, pickling and as a main ingredient in variety of curry powders (Indian garam masala powder).
2. Indian long pepper is sometimes used in combination with other herbs in Ayurvedic medicine.
