CHAULMOOGRA ESSENTIAL OIL:

Chaulmogra or Chaulmoogra has been a part of the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, the oldest healing science originated from India, especially in the treatment of leprosy and other chronic skin disorders.

The essential oil of chaulmoogra is extracted out of the plant’s seeds through the method known as steam distillation. The plant used for the extraction grows up to a height of around 20 meters and belongs to the family of hydnocarpus. Also, it has got very long leaves with the drooping branches and whitish green colored flowers. This oil is very useful in curing health diseases due to its therapeutic properties.
